History of Alptekin Paints

Founded by Hüseyin Alptekin at Başar Han, B2 number, in Tahtakale, Istanbul.

Began trading in wool, cotton, and nylon dyes by signing representation agreements with European companies.

Established Turkey’s first private paint factory by the Ayamama Creek on what is now known as the Basın Ekspres Road.

Became Alptekin Paints Inc. on May 5th.

Shifted from manufacturing to trading due to the relocation of production to the Far East.

Signed a representation agreement with Dongwu company for cationic dyes.

Established a free zone company.

Laid the foundation for a manufacturing project by investing in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone (OSB).

Continues to grow and carry on its operations.
