DYESTUFF TEST LAB

Analysis and Determination Studies

In our new facility, we will conduct analyses to ensure textile dyes meet quality and safety standards by determining the following chemical compounds:

Azo Dyes: The identification of azo dyes commonly used in textile dyes and assessment of their potential impacts on health and the environment.

Formaldehyde: Determination of formaldehyde levels in dyes and dyestuffs, aiming to keep these levels within internationally accepted limits.

Chlorinated Organic Compounds: Investigation of chlorinated organic compounds that are harmful to the environment and human health, ensuring they remain at minimal levels.

Chlorinated Phenols: Detection of chlorinated phenols used in industrial processes, with the aim of minimizing their environmental impact.

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH): Identification and control of PAH compounds, known for their potential carcinogenic effects.

Quinoline Compounds: Analysis of quinoline compounds used in dye production to ensure they meet safety standards.

DYESTUFF TEST LAB

Dye Synthesis and R&D Studies

Our R&D facility will focus on enhancing existing dye formulations and synthesizing new, innovative dye products. These efforts will aim to develop products that combine high performance with environmentally friendly characteristics.

DYESTUFF TEST LAB

Evaluation of Chemicals and Compliance with ZDHC Criteria

All chemicals and dye products to be introduced to the market will be evaluated based on sustainability and eco-friendly criteria. Compliance with the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) standards will be ensured, with the goal of producing products that do not harm the environment or human health.

With our new R&D facility, we aim to develop safer, eco-friendly, and high-performance products in textile dyes, providing our clients in the industry with the best possible products.
